Gearhart (Lisa); her grandchildren, Matt Gearhart (Amanda), Megan Gearhart, Tommy DiRienzo, Tyler Witsken, Conner Witsken, Tanner Witsken, Carlie Witsken and Jentrie Gearhart; her great grandchildren, Riley and Emmett Gearhart; her nephew Daniel Forlastro (Theresa); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, D. J. and Erin Forlastro.
