He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Watts and Fortunata Watts; and his brother Leonard F. Watts. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Barnett; his close friend Martha Troutner of Blooming Valley; his children, Theodore L. Watts of Venice, CA, Angela Gibbons (Ben) of Cresson, PA and Lisa Laslo (Greg) of Lebanon, PA; his grandchildren, Caden, Sydney Gibbons of Cresson, PA, Brock Viering of Philadelphia, PA and Dalton Viering of New Cumberland, PA.; and his sister Shirley Girdano of Delmont, PA.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Leonard F. Watts, who also succumbed in July to COVID-19; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
