He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Tracie Brockhoff (Dale) and Tom Blaskovich (Lisa Giegucz); his grandchildren, Sarah Brockhoff and Thomas Blaskovich (Shelby); and his siblings, Gail Taylor and Constance Popan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Children Hospital.
