He was predeceased by: his spouse Lillian Marie Silvas (Young). He is survived by: his child Barbara Silvas Hawkins; and his siblings, Mary Louise Tobin (Hugh) and Joan Bower (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson Foundation of Western PA.
