Welch; his son Timothy Edward Welch (Jonnathan Oliveras); his sisters, Coleen Welch-Loebsack and Maureen Welch-Nist; his siblings' children, Danielle Nist, Shannon Nist, Thomas Nist, Shelby Loebsack, Chelsea Young, Jamie Loebsack and Shane Loebsack; and his aunt Margie McGonagle-Hughes.
