He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Woods Sr. and Jean Holmes; his sisters, Renee Woods and Clara Irvin; and his stepson Maurice Jones.
He is survived by: his significant other Ella Mae Jones; his stepchildren, Robin Jones, Jerome Smith, Jack Smith Jr. and Donald Jackson; his sisters, Carol Murphy and Shenna Woods; his grandchildren, Donte Roberts, Tesia Smith, Tyrese Smith, Malique Smith, Zaynah Smith, Desirae Smith, Iyonna Smith, Victoria Smith and Dante Nelson; and his great grandchild Na'Riah Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
