He was predeceased by: his parents, Fremont Watkins and Elva Barnhart Watkins; and his wife Joanne B. Nyswaner Watkins. He is survived by: his children, David Watkins (Debbie) of Texas and Diane Sheridan (Kevin) of Brownsville, PA; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Sarah), Lauren, Jennifer (Josh) and Raelene (Emma); his great grandchild Everett; and his brother Delbert Watkins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skirpan Funeral Home (135 Park St, Brownsville, PA 15417). A masonic service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
