She was predeceased by : her husband William R. Landis, Sr.; her parents, Andrew Hammer and Ruth May Hammer (Pyles); her daughter Patricia A. Dastra; and her brother Herbert Pyles.

She is survived by : her children, William R. Landis, Michael D. Landis, Ruth A. (Warren Wolfe), Sinking Spring, Susan A. (Jerry Nessinger) and Lillian I. Myers (Charles Myers); and her brothers, Kenneth Pyles, Richard Hammer and James Hammer. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
