He was predeceased by: his fiancée Donna J. Schall. He is survived by: his parents, Louis O. Colaianni (Barbara) and Audrey Colaianni (Putteman); his son Dr. Louis O. Colaianni, III (Megan); his grandchildren, Noah J. Colaianni and Mia L. Colaianni; and his sister Jeannie Haas (Jim).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc. (3343 PA-130, Harrison City, PA 15636). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
