He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren B Maddox and Vira Austin Maddox; and his sister Jean Weinheimer. He is survived by: his children, Gillian Brose of Cambridge, MA, Martha Maddox of Jackson, WY and Austin Maddox (Melody) of Frankfurt, KY; and his friends, Dean and Rebecca Lerner.
