She was predeceased by : her parents, James Leonard and Margaret Theresa Adair (Johnson). She is survived by : her daughter Janine M. Adair-Bashir of Perkasie; and her grandchildren, Rodney Bass, Jr., Rashon Bass, Cierra Bass, Cheyenne Bass, Jadin Bass and Justyce Bass. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
