She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Hartzell; her parents, Elmer "Todd" and Bertha Stull (Kober); her son Jay A. Hartzell; and her sisters, Elma Benner, Geraldine Soliday, Evelyn Detweiler and Pauline Yoder.
She is survived by: her son Rick Hartzell (Joanne) of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Nicole Smith (Brandon) and Jeffrey Hartzell; her great grandchildren, Callum and Arlo Smith; and her siblings, John Stull (Dorothy) of Souderton, PA, Bertha "Bertie" Jones of Sellersville, PA and Janet Svoboda of Coopersburg, PA..
