He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Balog and Veronica Potzner Balog; his wife Ethel Casey Balog; and his brother John Balog. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Jo Balog of Perryopolis and Veronica Morgan of Perryopolis; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Morgan and Aaron Morgan (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Harper Morgan and Quinn Morgan; his sister-in-law Gloria Balog; and his sibling's children, Barbara Holzworth (Frank), John Balog, Anthony Casey, Bob Casey and Michael Casey.
