He is survived by : his children, Jeff Smith (Margaret) of Moundsville, WV, Michelle Roach (Allen) of Idaho Falls, ID and Brian Smith (D'Ann) of New Martinsville, WV; his stepchildren, Shelly Morningstar of Flanders, NJ and Adored; his grandchildren, Aaron, Ashley, Austin, David, Emily, Lara Ann, Lucy, Madeline, Matthew, Wade and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Jensen and Kheiran.
