He was predeceased by : his sister Eloise Ann Neeper; and his parents, Theodore Neeper and Agnes Neeper (Garrity) of North Braddock. He is survived by : his wife Patricia John Neeper; his children, Keith Huffman (Jamie), Jenny (Neeper), Thomas (Derek), Amy (Neeper) and Pena (Goelfrey); and his grandchildren, Jordan Huffman, Samantha Holmes, Sierra Thomas and Aedan Pena.
