He is survived by : his wife Janet S. Racko (Wojtkowski); his daughter Tami Hazen (Scott) of Ft. Worth, TX; his great-niece Dejanae Lowery; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hazen (Matthew), Hunter Hazen (Madeleane) and Fisher Hazen (Makayla); his great grandchildren, Lane, Sebastian, George and Oakley; and his sister Kathy Schaming. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beinhauer Funeral Home (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Benedict the Abbot Church (120 Abington Dr, McMurray, PA 15317).
