She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Phillips and Essie Tilley Phillips; and her sisters, Jean Harshbarger, Joanne Dolnikowski and Connie Shaffer.
She is survived by: her husband Charles G. Lang; her children, Deborah Kann (Gary), Leslie Harman (late Steve), Barbara Angelo (James) and Charles Lang (Julia); and her grandchildren, Heather Auer (Fred), Leah Arnold (Brent), Steve Harman, Alexandria, Melissa McBrayer (Bert), Donja Reel (Dennis) of New Mexico and Benjamin Lang (Kayla).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Petersburg Bethel Presbyterian Church (5435 Bethel Rd, Petersburg, PA 16669).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Billie's name may be made to Petersburg Bethel Presbyterian Church, 5435 Bethel Rd., Petersburg, PA 16669.
