She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Buonviso and Theresa Buonviso; her husband Jean R. Crestani; and her son Mario Crestani. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa DiPiero, Marge McMonagle and Juliette Jones. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Anselm Catholic Church (12670 Dunks Ferry Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150).
