She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Kulchinsky. She is survived by: her children, Walter Kulchinsky, Robert Kulchinsky (Deborah), Dennis Kulchinsky (Monica) and Cynthia Iversen (Albert); her grandchildren, Daniel, Michelle, Kelly, Kevin and Jaclyn; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Anna Grace; and her brother Pete.
