He was predeceased by: his spouse Carole. He is survived by: his children, Maria Borgesi (Vincent) and Jennifer Costobile (Ralph); his grandchildren, Olivia, Isabella, Vincent and Luca; and his siblings, Ralph Fortunato (Yvonne), Elizabeth Matarazzo (Lucky), Helene Newman (Bob) and Robert Fortunato. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, 1818 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
