He was predeceased by: his brother Frank. He is survived by: his siblings, Rose DeStefano, Gus Lanzilotta, Joe, Peter, Leon, Louis, Joseph Lanzilotta, Clara Marino, Mary Donato, Betty, DeFrancisco and Mina Girardi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donation to St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 in Anthony's memory.
