She was predeceased by: her brother Ronald Evans. She is survived by: her daughters, Joan "Teri" Sapata, Karen Bono (Russ) and Nancy Gottih; her siblings, Grace and Jack Rummler; and her friend Charlotte Schmidt. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Arlene's name may be made to the American Heart Association, 5455 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43214 and/or Alzheimer's Association, Del.
