She is survived by: her children, John C., III (Debbie), Danielle Vite (Dan), Douglas and Andrea; her sister Mary Jane Ott (late Carl); her siblings-in-law, Cathy Milnik and Vince Milnik (Debbie); and her nephews, Vince Milnik (Maria) and Jimmy Milnik.
