It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty S Evans (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Evans; her daughters, Sara Evans and Amanda Evans; and her sister Synthia Ray (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
