She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Haniebnik. She is survived by: her significant other Stephanie Hotchkiss; her parent Jacqueline Haniebnik; her siblings, Joey Hudicek (Terri), Brian Weitzmann (Patti) and Shane Weitzmann; and her grandparent Rita Keifer.
