She was predeceased by: her spouse Felix Bellettiere; and her sibling William. She is survived by: her children, Marie Arizzi (Roger), Joseph Bellettiere and Roseann Bellettiere (Bernard DiFelice); her grandchildren, Anthony, Donna Shields (Chaz), Joseph Bellettiere, Jr. and Joanna; her great grandchild Angelina; and her siblings, Marie Frattarola, Anna Bellettiere, Daniel, Concetta Martino and Vincent. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in her memory to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd., Phila., PA 19104.
