We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2023, at the age of 81, Carol Lee Trevathan of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Altland and Lucille Altland; and her brother Lance Altland. She is survived by: her husband Rev. W. Andre Trevathan; her children, Tony Ortiz (Lori) and Lisa Yezbak (Charles); her granddaughters, Claire Yezbak, Isabella Ortiz, Cecilia Yezbak and Sophia Ortiz; her sister-in-law Suanne Wilson; her stepsons, Stephen Trevathan (Malika), Jeremy Trevathan (Paul) and Francisco Andre Trevathan (Nahomy); Carol, Tony and Lisa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St James School, 3217 West Clearfield Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132.
