Though Charles may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his daughter Victoria; his wife Jeannine Stover; his siblings, Kelly King (Larry) and Elizabeth Dawson (Gary); his niece Britney; and his great-nephew Charles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
