He was predeceased by: his spouse Angela R. Schmeer. He is survived by: his children, Philip C. Schmeer (Patricia), Donna Schmeer and Bonnie R. Schramm (Richard); his grandchildren, Daniel Schramm (Lindsay), Rebecca Hutchinson (Sean) and Emily Seaman (Patrick); and his great grandchildren, Marin, Nathan and Blaise.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis.
