As we bid adieu to Cheryl Denise's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Cheryl Denise has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Fleming and Vivian Turner. She is survived by: her husband Elijah Brown; her children, Kenneth Smith (Dowdy, Jr.) and Darlene Turner; and her siblings, Richard Washington, Jr., Helen Brookins and Vivian Washington.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alfonso Cannon Funeral Chapels, Inc. (2315-19 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19132). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenmount Cemetery (4301 N Front St, Philadelphia, PA 19140).
