She was predeceased by: her child Charles J. Milligan (Kathie). She is survived by: her children, Mary C. Clemens (Tom), John F Milligan (Kass), Patrick J. Milligan (Terry) and Anne M. Browne (Paul); her grandchildren, Tom, Patrick, Shawn, Jack, Brian, Matthew, Pat, Connor, Chris, Paul and Maggie; and her great grandchildren, Declan and Olivia.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Connie's name may be made to the St. John Neumann Shrine, 1019 N. 5th St., Philadelphia, PA 19123.
