He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cullmann and Catherine Cullmann; and his brother Charles Cullmann, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne O'Neill; his children, Sandy Nelson (Jim), Steven Cullmann (Erica) and Lora Rosica (Jim); his grandchildren, Anna, Michael, Kimberly, Rory, Blake, Ashley, Brooke, Cole, Kristen and Melanie; his stepchildren, Suzanne Kukawski (Mark) and Michael Strauss; his sisters, Catherine Berry, Barbara Wutzer (John) and Carol Naehr (Frank); and his sister-in-law Heidi Cullmann.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dave's name to the Ann's Choice Benevolent Fund, 30000 Ann Choice Way, Warminster, PA 18974.
