He was predeceased by : his daughter Rebecca Pearlman. He is survived by : his daughter Laura Grey; his grandchildren, Zachary, Abigail Rose Pearlman, Sarah, Rachel, Amanda and Kayla Grey; his siblings, Carol Hickey (John) and John Griffith; and his nephews, Ryan Hickey and Matthew Griffith.

Contributions in his memory may be made to the Neonatology unit at Einstein Medical Center, 5501 Old York Road, Philadelphia, PA. 19141.
