He was predeceased by: his wife Ann M.; and his brother Bill Boice. He is survived by: his children, Lynda McAndress (Michael), David W. Boice, Jr. and Bryan Boice (Regan); his grandchildren, Michael, Krista, Cameron and Tyler; his brother Jerry Boice (Sue Ann); and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
