He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Waters and Juletta Waters (Britt); and his sibling Francis (Phyllis). He is survived by: his wife Jill Waters (Bloomingdale); his stepdaughters, Shari Hammond, Kerri Millar (Brian) and Kristin Early (Scott); his siblings, Donald (Siglanda), John (Rose), Joseph (Jackie), Caroline (Leo), Thomas, Geraldine (Chester) and Peggy (Richard); his stepgrandchildren, Lauren (Dan), Chase, Emersyn, Zackery, Kolton, McKenna, Kaden and Larsyn; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Breighlynn and Addelyn; and his son Patrick.
