Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Diana Regan (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 47, on September 15, 2019. She is survived by: her husband Timothy; her children, Caitlin, Kirsten, Tylin and Beloved; her parents, Cang and Kim; and her siblings, Sarah Phan, Peter Phan (Brent), Christina Carroll (Tim) and Linda Yao (Sheldon). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in laws and friends.
