He was predeceased by: his parent Mark Sr.; his siblings, Jane Moss, Margaret Wible, Susan Randall, Mark Shapcott Jr., Ruth Martindell, John Heron and William Heron; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Moss, Alan Wible, Hubert Randall and Charles Martindell Sr..
He is survived by: his parent Jean Shapcott (Heron); his wife Virginia (Paskie) of Langhorne; his children, William Shapcott (Beth) of Davidson, N. C., Carol Deibler (Mark) of Burlington Township, N. J. and John Shapcott (Jennifer) of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Brett, Samantha, Shelby, Jack, Nancylee, Madison, Riley, Taylor and Kendall; his siblings, Louise Haefner (Donald) of Hulmeville, William Shapcott (Flo) of Langhorne and Esther Reetz (Harry) of Hulmeville; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Shapcott of Hulmeville, Diane Heron of Hulmeville, Donna Heron of Penndel, Carole Paskie of Secane and Hilary Davenport (Jack) of Lancaster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
