She was predeceased by: her spouse Patrick J. McIntosh; and her child Kenneth. She is survived by: her children, Donna Doughty (Chip), Patrick (Kara) and Michele McIntosh; and her grandchildren, Nicole Gi, Brian Gi, Jill Gi, Mathew Gi, Timothy Gi, Kevin Gi, Nichols Gi, Shawn Gi and Ashley Gi.
