He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa S.; and his child Jean Mark. He is survived by: his children, Jane Louie, Linda Louie, Donna Jacques, Victor, Michael Mark and Andrew. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 sisters.
