He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Okupinski, Sr. and Frances. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia A. McCaffrey (late Andrew) and Theresa M. Kemp (Keith); and his siblings' children, Nicholas, Holly McCaffrey, Danielle and Julie Kemp. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, their families and his many friends.
