She was predeceased by : her parents, Preston Scott and Lottie Scott; her significant other Jerome Howard, Jr.; and her siblings, Delores and Preston.

She is survived by : her husband William Lewis; her sons, Michael (Regina) and Jerome (Karen); her grandchildren, Tamira, Shannon, Alexis, Micheal and Jerome IV; her nieces, Beverly Lane (Ralph) and Elaine Titus (Keith); her nephew Preston Scott (Alice); her sister-in-law Ellen Scott; her aunt Lena Whitehead; her goddaughter Anitra; and her son Carl.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 16th 2023 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mitchum-Wilson Funeral Home (1410 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19146). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 16th 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 16th 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (1400 Springfield Rd, Collingdale, PA 19023).
