With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Smith (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 22, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Philomena Macchia (late Bud). She is survived by: her husband John A. Smith; her children, Mark V. Smith (Robin), Kathleen C. Kelly (Mike) and Lori Carelli (Joe); and her siblings, Esther Paciolla, Vincent Mancini (Lee) and Felicia Dooley (late Ray). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated by the family.
