He was predeceased by: his sibling Marie Palmer (Joseph). He is survived by: his spouse Rita M.; his children, Frank Jr. (Judith) and Nancy Schiavoni (Timothy); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander, Roman, Juliana and Christian; and his siblings, Rita, LaRocca, Carolyn and Sanelli. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to St. Rita of Cascia Church, 1166 S. Broad St., Phila., PA 19146 in Frank's memory.
