He is survived by: his significant other Janet Mason; his children, Michael Mingroni, Susan Patton (Troy), Diana Gural (Bill) and Nancy Sullivan (Brian); his grandchildren, Matthew, Thomas, William, Stephanie and Justin; and his brothers, Anthony (Winnie), John, Joseph and Dr. Julius "Links" Mingroni.

In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in Frank's Memory to Shriner's Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3551 North Broad St., Phila., PA 19140, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
