He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Penny Sr. and Rena Penny (Sanders); and his sister Rena Penny. He is survived by : his sister Eliza Sanders; his stepmother Betsy Morgan Penny; his wife Bernice Penny; his children, Patricia Penny Carter (Earl Carter), Gregory Penny and Fredrick Douglas Penny (Jenifer Powell); his grandchildren, Pamela Lynn Penny, Lauren Ashley Carter and Matthew Douglas Penny; his nieces, Rosa Penny and Glennie McCullers; his great-niece Tracey Penny; and his sister-in-law Essie Plowden. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends. We request family and friends.
