He is survived by: his children, Frederick VanHorn III (Dee), Lauren VanHorn, Daniel VanHorn and Michael VanHorn; his wife Elizabeth McCormack; his father Frederick VanHorn, Sr.; his brothers, Robert, Eric, John, Gene and Andrew; and his cousin James. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Women's Animal Center, Bensalem PA, in his honor.
