He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Horner and Elaine Horner (DeLoretta). He is survived by: his spouse Toria; his child Lauren Howard (Jeffrey); his sister Elaine DeLuca (Michael); and his sibling's children, Marco, Maria Elena of Kaila, AJ, Alivia and Nicholas. He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
