It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene M. Pettit (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 9, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene M. Pettit to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pettit and Regina Pettit (Brady); her siblings, Regina Bradley and Laurence; and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Pettit (Sweeney) and Gary Rute.
She is survived by: her son John; her siblings, James Pettit, Jr. (Anne Marie), Stephen Pettit (Maria), Dolores Graff (Francis) and Dottie Rute (late Gary); and her brother-in-law Joseph Bradley. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, 23 great-nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to St. John the Baptist Church (address above).
