He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Mauro (Lou), Dot Dzikowski (John) and Kevin Cook (Dawn); and his siblings' children, Lou, James, Jason and Nathan. He is also survived by great niece, and several great nephews.
