It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Walker (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, who passed away on July 4, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Walker and Sylvester Walker; his grandmother Grace Brown; his siblings, William and Delores; his children-in-law, Steven Hansen and Tonya Walker; his grandchildren, Kennisha, Kaitlin, Kuron, Anthony, Cedric, Alexandra and Tamara; his great grandchild Elijah Francis Walker; his sister-in-law Dorothy Mae Dillard; his siblings' children, Deborah Dillard, Kearston Dillard-Scott, Tammy, Tracie Yates, Sylvia, Bonita, Marie Walker, Linwood, Demetrius and Daniel Dillard; Josephine and Walter Christie. He was also cherished by grand nephews, nieces and neighborhood friends.
The family would like to request donations in honor of James Walker to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America and Liver Foundation.
